SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping within the contiguous USA is free for all orders.

For Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, please contact us.

Orders received before 10AM EST Monday - Friday (excluding holidays), will be processed and prepared for standard shipping.  Typical delivery times are 1 - 5 business days.

You will receive a tracking number after your order has been processed for
shipping.

Returns

If you're not satisfied with your order within 30 days, you may return it to us.

In the case of a return:

2. We will email you a Return Authorization Form to fill out and attach to your return.
3. Please note returns are free within 30 days for Reward Members only.  For all non-enrolled customers, Industrial Clear is not responsible for return shipping fees, it is the responsibility of the buyer.
