Epoxy Resin For Concrete

Built for Surfaces That Work Hard

Concrete is strong, but it’s not indestructible. Cracks, moisture, chemicals, freeze-thaw cycles and everyday wear can all take their toll over time.

Whether you’re repairing damaged concrete, sealing a workshop floor, protecting a patio, or finishing a concrete countertop, Industrial Clear seals, protects and repairs concrete and masonry surfaces with a durable, waterproof barrier designed for demanding environments.

Why it works

six reasons makers use Industrial Clear epoxy resin on concrete

  1. Helps Stop Moisture Damage

Concrete is naturally porous and can absorb water over time. Industrial Clear creates a seamless, non-porous barrier that helps keep moisture out, reducing the risk of deterioration caused by water infiltration.

  2. Bonds to Concrete, Stone and Masonry

Industrial Clear bonds tightly to properly prepared concrete, stone and cement surfaces, making it a versatile choice for repairs, resurfacing projects and protective coatings.

  3. Built for Garages, Workshops and Utility Spaces

From garage floors and workshops to basements and utility areas, Industrial Clear creates a durable surface that stands up to demanding environments.

  4. Resists Chemicals and Automotive Fluids

Oil, gasoline, road salt, cleaners and many common chemicals can damage unprotected concrete. Industrial Clear helps shield surfaces from spills and exposure that come with everyday use.

  5. Ready for Indoor and Outdoor Projects

After a full cure, Industrial Clear forms a tough shield against the elements, helping protect surfaces from moisture, temperature swings, and everyday outdoor exposure.

  6. Helps Repair and Restore Damaged Concrete

Industrial Clear can be used to fill cracks, chips and surface imperfections, helping restore damaged concrete and extend the life of the surface.

Frequently Asked Questions

How should I prepare concrete before applying Industrial Clear?

Concrete should be clean, dry and free from dirt, dust, grease, oil and loose material. For best adhesion, smooth concrete should be mechanically roughened by grinding or sanding before applying epoxy.

Can I apply Industrial Clear to outdoor concrete?

Yes, but the surface must be completely dry and rain-free during application and initial curing. Moisture can interfere with adhesion and may cause cloudiness or other appearance issues in the finished coating.

How deep can I pour Industrial Clear when filling cracks or voids in concrete?

Industrial Clear can be poured in layers between ¼” and ½” deep at a time. For deeper repairs, multiple pours are recommended. Pouring too thickly in confined spaces can cause excess heat buildup during curing, which may lead to bubbles or other imperfections.

Will Industrial Clear yellow outdoors?

Industrial Clear contains UV stabilizers that help slow yellowing caused by sun exposure. Like all epoxy coatings, some ambering may occur over time with prolonged UV exposure.

Will Industrial Clear stand up to vehicle traffic in a garage?

Once fully cured for 7 days, Industrial Clear reaches a Shore D hardness rating of 83, creating a tough surface that stands up to vehicle traffic and resists motor oil, gasoline, road salt and other common garage contaminants.

Can I mix Industrial Clear into concrete?

No. Industrial Clear is designed to be applied to cured concrete, not mixed into wet concrete or dry concrete powder. For hybrid concrete-and-epoxy projects, allow the concrete to fully cure and dry before applying epoxy.
